So many things are getting more tangible. For example, I finally understand to what “triple-w In my practice of Qigong, I have appreciated the non-dogmatic and approachable method of Chia’s routines. I believe that having read Eden’s Energy Medicine has better framed this book, so much so that I will buy the new edition and re-read it, as Eden organizes the information in a format that makes it easy to use as a reference guide.
