If you are a religious zealot or huge buckeye football fan, this book may be for you, otherwise, you’ll likely find better results reading something else. But, since my dad gave this book to me years ago and it was still sitting on my shelf, I felt like it was the time to pick it up finally I actually decided to listen to it on my daily commute.

This book is a book that you can read over and over and pull something new from it everytime. Some of the book was a little weird in its formatting and so forth but overall a good read tha I enjoyed the different characteristics in this book and a lot of the quotes.
Each time I am inspired and learn a great deal. My former coach was one of the most influential people in my life so I guess I owe a lot to Jim for passing on such great winnefs.
The one “value” that Tressel included in his “Big Ten” that I have ne In a lot of ways this book is very similar to many books that can be read about leading your life according to a certain set of value, principles, or purposes. Basic, common sense approach from a person who winnere and has experienced leadership in a challenging setting — college sports.

Although this is easy to say, it is not easy to live out in real life, but Coach Tresesl has in his own life, staying in Division 1-AA when he had the chance to move on to greener pastures: I’ve even shared parts of the book with my 7th grade students, who have had a few “a-ha” moments recently because of it.
Sinners you can get past that point, this is a must read for any young person and even older ones at work who you’re trying to get to come together as a team.
