Each video is really like a class, with one concept that is repeated over and over to the point where the viewer has it novlck. Add tomatoes, oats, potato, curry powder, garlic powder and garam masala and continue to mash together, changing to stirring with a spoon, until ingredients are incorporated.

The burgers should be a little crispy and brown on the top and bottom, but not burned. Gently stir in frozen peas.

Sadly, all blog post comments prior to February 5, were removed as part of The Healthy Girl’s Kitchen website renovation.
