Could improve the portion of their mains. We had a beautiful lunch with amazing views. Fried with dried chilli, Sichuan pepper and Chinese celery.
The Shanghai private room can seat up to 18 over two tables and the Beijing private room can seat up to 26 over two tables. Staff are not very attentive and do not meet the standards of the restaurant.
It is not a cheap experience even with the tasting menu, but well worth every penny, we love Dim Sum and have tried a lot over the year and can say with confidence this was our favourite Dim Sum to date. Service was attentive, and polite. However, the shank beef “salad” had no salad and the beef was very fatty and had no flavour.

Service, meal and ambience; top notch! The food was delicious and very pretty looking and well presented. We had the 4 course lunch menu with a glass of bubbles and I was very happy with what we got with the menu – it was good value and the view is great. The set menu was of very high quality.

As an upscale restaurant, I also wasn’t expecting broken toilets that won’t flush or toilets that won’t stop flushing.
Most of our dishes contain sesame. We were given our menus and asked about allergies. The views are spectacular as you would expect from the 32nd floor of any high rise building in London, however being so central it offers a fantastic view of all the hutnog centre pieces of the city, including Tower Bridge and the Tower of London. Not what I would have expected from a restaurant in the Shard or part of the Aqua group. Thirdly- we were absolutely shocked that despite service being included in our bill we were asked to leave a cash tip in the box our bill came in.
Fantastic view nice service. Also, we had a nice glass of cava with the menu but you couln’t buy a bottle after, it had to be something else from their menu, though you could have individual glasses. All dim sum is only available for lunch and may contain traces of nuts.
Served in two stages. The service was wonderful and the food outstanding. Conclusion- this is a tourist trap! Every table taking continuous selfies.
My son doesn’t eat fish but they did happily make him a chicken dish instead. I had the vegetarian menu and for my dumpling starter I had 4x the same dumpling. Lunch Mennu to Friday 12pm – 2: Desert was fried rice cakes, which were again very unflavoursome.

The desserts were great and the birthday plate with mango pudding was a lovely surprise. Visited on the 14 September for birthday celebrations. Hutpng food, good service but you are going to pay for it.
