Danile to discovering this book, I have read tons of guides and books on how to do proofs. Doing so enables students to choose a technique consciously, based on the form of the problem. The approach is to categorize, identify, and explain yow the student’s level the various techniques that are used repeatedly in all proofs, regardless of the subject in which the proofs arise. I think that anyone who is comfortable with algebra and geometry should read this text to broaden their understanding of mathematics – regardless of age.
